| Description | The aim of this paper is to evaluate the status and professional activities Brno musicology in the last 25 years, we will follow higher education (musicological) institutions, i.e. primarily the Institute of Musicology MU, but also Janacek Academy and the Faculty of Education MU, we will summarize the work of other important scientific and scientific documentation centers (Brno workplace Ethnological Institute of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic, Department of Music History of the Moravian Museum). Based on the facts presented, we will try to integrate the Brno musicology in the broader context of contemporary musicology Czech and determine the possible future development. |
