Description The theses on the Slavic-ness of the Lusatian Culture, connected with the personality of J. Kostrzewski, found an echo in the Czech archaeology only after WWII. The determination of the phenomena of the Proto-Lusatian and Lusatian Culture through M. Gedl and other eminent Polish researchers influenced undoubtedly the after-war treatment of this topic in Moravia. The paper discusses and refuses the phenomenon of the so called Proto-Lusatian Culture.
