| Description | The paper introduced the Hofmannstahl's play Jedermann, in front of the Ditrichstein Tomb, performed by local amateur actors. This happening was one of the most important theatre events in the cultural life of inter-war Mikulov (Nikolsburg). The attention was also paid to the Salzburger Festival (Salzburger Festspiele), which surely served as a source of inspiration for this event, as well as for another similar festivals organized in the same period in our region, but more often in the regions predominantly inhabited by German speaking population. |
