| Description | This poster presents the research project of my doctoral thesis, in which I want to focus on the environment of the workplace where there is intergenerational learning, which have so far stood aside due attention. Environment workplace has for this type of learning considerable potential as it creates a specific space and specific conditions. The findings will help to develop the knowledge base and the theory of intergenerational learning in the workplace, which is not yet sufficiently developed. |
