Description The aim of this paper is to describe how it looks and how it is shaped the approach of teaching the teacher - a volunteer in schools in an environment of sub-Saharan Africa, and what factors are involved in these processes. The approach of teaching is operationalized as: the concept of educational objectives, the concept of curriculum (content), the concept of forms and methods of teaching, the concept of pupil and concept of teacher. Using quantitative analysis, we show that the process of constructing concept of teaching is realised in four stages: negation, agglutination, specifications and integration. Subsequently we identify personality and situational factors that influence this process.
