Description The Article discusses the art of Růžena Zátková (1885-1923), a painter of Czech origin, known through her connection with Italian Futurism. She moved to Rome in 1910 and become active in the Futurist Circle. She did draw on many aesthetic concepts developed by Futurists, on the other hand she felt attracted to Primitivism of Russian Art.Her works are the synthesis of this two poles of art.
