| Description | The presentation aims to introduce the mosaics of the Baptistery of Albenga, in Liguria, located at a crossroad of important Late Antique commercial routes, on the half way between Milan and important centers in Provence. Through the analysis of the relics, architecture of the baptistery and iconographical, stalistical and technical aspects of its mosaics, we will try to undertand the provenance of the ideas and materials that contributed to the creation if this unique monument. |
