| Description | The aim of this paper is to investigate the effect of a group on children‘s dishonest behavior (cheating). The experiment consisted of two parts. In the first part children performed a task in the presence of experimenter, in the second part they performed it alone. The study examines the impact of cooperate and competitive group. The study shows that children cheat especially when they are alone. There was no difference between competing and cooperating groups. The study shows that the presence of other children significantly reduces cheating. |
