| Description | The new biosensor tip utilizes the immobilized variant of the psychrophilic haloalkane dehalogenase DgpA. This sensor tip provides sensitivity for detection of halogenated pollutants (e.g., 1,2-dibromoethane) at low temperature, 10°C. The prototype of DgpA biosensor tip will be used to construct a biosensor with extended operational activity for applications in low temperature. |
