| Description | Theatre at Imperial Court in the second half of 17th century is well-known for its spectacular dramatico-musical works. Among them, opera and sepolcro became the most significant and beloved. Therefore, the main goal of the presented article was to introduce this phenomenon through a brief description of selected dramatico-musical performances and personalities (composers, librettists, stage designers), who were responsible for those works and their performing. Within the publication, selected important secular and ecclesiastical works were accompanied with preserved images and score samples. |
