| Description | In my paper I would like to reflect on the dialogue between texts and images (during the Middle Ages) in three different cases: first when the text is part of the image, as a tool to understand it. Second, when text is becoming an image, since its meaning is not important any more. Last, when text is a tool for modern scholars in understanding medieval images and their use and perception. |
