Citation
Description This article dealt with the „Grey movement“ for sexual reform, whose imaginary members represented the prosecuted persons appearing in eight selected criminal records from the period of the Czechoslovak Republic (1918-1938). It provided more detailed information about the defense arguments or tactics of persecuted persons who have committed a crime of the Abomination Against the Nature in a given period. It focused on the selection of criticism of the Czechoslovak criminal paragraphs inciting criminalization of homosexuality. It monitored to what extent (how often) the prosecuted persons used in these cases the arguments of the „main line“ of the real movement of the sexual minority in Czechoslovakia.
