Description The article examines development of the construction of Church of St. Gallus in Rožná near Bystřice nad Pernštejnem (Moravia), which was in possession of relatively rich family lords of Medlov in 13th century . The oldest part of the church building is the Gothic longitudinal presbytery and the nave with a portal situated in the southern wall of the church. This first building phase can be dated to the third quarter of the 13th century. The vault of choir was made in Baroque period, tower in front of the western facade was built in the first decades of the 19th century.
