Description The Modřice Coat of Arm, officially granted in 2009, derives from the former town seal. The first aspect of the seal is preserved on a document from 1519. The coat of arms is formed by vertically placed oak spray with two acorns growing on the sides and one acorn on the top. The number of pairs of leaves growing opposite each other differed on various seals from two to four. Currently, the green spray carries two pairs of leaves in red field. The acorns are golden (yellow).
