Description The extensive collective monograph deals with the personality of the Bishop of Olomouc, Karl von Lichtenstein-Castelcorno (1624-1695), and is part of an important two-part project (NAKI II) in which researchers from the university and museum environment in Olomouc and Brno participated. While the first monograph focused mainly on the personalities around the bishop, the second monograph focuses mainly on objects (both actually built and collected or spiritually supported by the bishop) as places of the bishop's memory, preserved during his reign throughout Moravia. The volume is divided into three main chapters: Bishop as builder - Bishop as collector - Bishop as patron and advisor.
