| Description | We present a case of focal paroxysmal dystonia (PaD) due to a cervical spinal tumor, showing that a spinal cord lesion could cause cervical dystonia which is paroxysmal and not persistent. To our knowledge, this is the first observation of cervical PaD due to a spinal cord lesion. |
