Description The presentation aims to acquaint with (1) Knowledge about changes in career adaptability and its dimensions (career concern, control, curiosity, confidence) among vocational upper-secondary graduates, and (2) career adaptability predictors among this group of participants. Data collection took place in three waves at upper-secondary schools in 2018–2020 in two regions of the Czech Republic. The analysis was focused on differences in the changes of career adaptability between graduates with apprenticeship certificate and school-leaving examination; those who continued their studies after graduation a those who started working; and other groups. Furthermore, predictors of career adaptability have been identified, especially work experience gained during upper-secondary education and the use of career counseling services. The results will be discussed in the context of career education and career counseling.
