| Description | In fact, a part of the official in local authorities has many shortcomings, not really commensurate with their positions and roles as well as not fully meeting the title standards. according to the law. Therefore, the capacity building for them, including improving the administrative skills in order to meet the title standards and requirements of reality is one of the key tasks currently in local government. This study aims to learn about the contents and factors affecting the administrative skills of the official as well as solutions to improve their skills for them. |
