Description The world-wide demand for English teachers has made Teaching English as a Foreign Language a global industry. However, critical issues have been encountered in recruiting, training, and retaining teachers. This research aims to provide insight into combating these issues by interviewing dedicated TEFL teachers concerning professionalization and professional development.
