| Description | Transgressives in the context of nominalizations Czech transgressives (i.e. adjunct present participles) are analysed as a hybrid category, representing a structure that during the derivation acquires verbal features in the extended vP and TP. Internal structure of the CP, in which they occur, is derived from the internal structure of transgressives. The analysis distinguishes PRO-subject c-commanded by a DP in the matrix (anaphor) and PRO-subject no c-commanded by a DP in the matrix (pronomen). |
