| Description | The research report provides an analysis of existing EU and national research and pilot initiatives in the field of smart metering, a description of the legislative and regulatory framework, the development of a smart metering roll-out within the EU and the expected framework for smart metering in the Czech Republic. Subsequently, use-cases for smart metering are identified and analyzed with emphasis on the perspective of the controller. |
