| Description | The book "On the Contrary" by Miroslav Holub is mainly philosophically and existencially focused on a life of a human in modern world. Using Greek myths (particularly the myth of Minotaur) it thematizes problems of identity, self-identity and (im)possible freedom of choice. The study aims to describe these reflections and to interpretively demonstrate variety of their applications to the theme of existential conflict. |
