| Description | This paper provides a quantitative and, partly, qualitative analysis of the Czech reception of Russian, specifically contemporary, literature over the last five years. The quantitative analysis is based on data from the Czech National Library, while the qualitative one is based on reviews and critiques published in Czech journals, newspapers, and on the Internet. The report offers an answer to the question what the current image of Russian literature in the Czech society is. |
