Citation
Description The chapter deals with past participles which pose a morphophonological puzzle in Czech. The puzzle involves apocope of the past participle suffix -l, which is not a regular phonological process in Czech. The puzzle is explained in terms of licensing of consonant domains, an analytical tool of a Strict CV framework (Scheer 2004, Cyran 2010).
