Description The workshop focused on various aspects of the 2nd Crusade against the Hussites: the circumstances of its proclamation, the role of the Pope and the papal legates, Sigismund of Luxembourg and his son-in-law Albert V of Austria, the involvement of the imperial city of Nuremberg and the individual lands of the Bohemian Crown. Also discussed was a major international complication of the Second Crusade - the parallel negotiations between the Hussites and the sovereigns of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth.
