| Description | The third International Doctoral Conference in Musicology focusing on early music is a functional platform for sharing knowledge and meeting students of doctoral programmes and their supervisors. The joint professional discussion not only supports individual research topics, but also strengthens contacts between doctoral students, their supervisors and individual universities. This year's conference was also a commemoration of two significant events: the centenary of the founding of the Brno Musicology Department by Vladimír Helfert and the ninetieth birthday of the eminent Czech musicologist Prof. Jiří Sehnal. |
