| Description | The paper analyzed selected manifestations inscribed on the UNESCO Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. Through the lens of cultural performance, it looked at how the bearers and bearers perceive the continuity of tradition in their actions, how they perceive tradition in the present, or how they perceive a sense of symbolic belonging in the manifestations of intangible cultural performance. The analysis was presented on the example of the inscribed phenomenon of Puppetry in Slovakia and the Czech Republic, and the perception of tradition was examined in the dimensions of cultural communication, speech, and aesthetics. |
