| Description | Beer is the most popular beverage in the Czech Republic and a great cultural phenomenon, about which books are written, TV programmes are filmed and expert conferences are held. At the same time, however, it is an alcoholic beverage whose consumption can lead to health problems and whose excessive drinking can completely disrupt social life. Where is the line between beer culture and ordinary drinking? Can it be drawn at all? Does beer belong on a representative list of National Heritage? All this with historians Jana Piškulová and Libor Zajic from Masaryk University. |
