Description The study focuses on the parliamentary representation that was elected from South-West Moravia to the Provincial Assembly in the 1860s and 1870s in individual elections. In addition to the individual deputies elected in the urban constituency of Dačice, Telč, Slavonice and Jemnice, and in the rural constituency of the districts of Dačice, Jemnice and Telč, it examines the circumstances, contexts and effects that accompanied the formation of this parliamentary representation, with the aim of presenting the essential features of the formation of a new political culture in the early days of Austrian parliamentarism in this region.
