Description The geophysical prospecting campaign carried out in 2021, which follows the various operations carried out on the site since 2011 by the team from the department of archeology and museology at Masaryk University, took place from August 1 to 10. The surveys targeted two sectors of the oppidum. Taking advantage of the recent deforestation of the south-western flank of Theurot de la Roche, an area of 19,896 m2 between the Parc aux Chevaux esplanade to the east and Pierre Salvée to the north-west could be analyzed by magnetometry. At the same time, a survey was carried out using a ground penetrating radar (GPR) over a smaller area (3990 m2) of this vast sector. A second complementary georadar survey was then carried out on a smaller area (429 m2) and wooded to the south-east of the Pâture du Couvent, at the location of a large artificial terrace.
