Description The aim of the article is a detailed investigation of the Únětice settlement in the micro-region of the Moravian Karst with an emphasis on possible metallurgical activities in the Pekárna Cave. Sociospatial data and artefactual evidence of metallurgical activities in the stage BA1-A2 will be examined. An important part of the work will be the publication of interim results of scientific analyses (use-wear analysis, SEM/EDX) carried out on a frooved stone hammer and a clay nozzle, which are considered to be artifacts related to a certain phase of metallurgy development in the Bronze Age.
