Description One of the main themes of existing research on self-regulated learning (SRL) in online learning environments is the development of methods and techniques for studying and measuring SRL in this specific context of online learning. A promising approach to SRL research in online environments seems to be multimodal learning analytics, which is based on a combination of different types of data. This paper presents the results of an analysis focusing on a combination of data from a questionnaire and data recording students’ behaviour in the LMS.
