Description The book deals with a significant worsening of the mental state of Czech children and adolescents that was initiated by the COVID-19 crisis and maintained by subsequent crises. It contemplates on possible causes and associated factors: decrease of the population resilience, social changes of last decades, influences of social networks and passive concept of happiness. Five interviews with adolescents and their parents bring life stories of the adolescents that were negatively influenced by the recent crises. Authors finally conclude with some remarks how to improve resilience of children and adolescents and how improve their mental health.
