| Description | In this discussion-oriented workshop we will explore the question How to support learners' learning from all possible angles. We will focus on the essential qualities of teaching and also how to use them easily and effectively for the benefit of learners. Together we will discover how learners learn and how we can support their learning activities. We will also discuss the key skills and competencies of university teachers that lead to quality teaching and that can be learned. In this discussion we will draw on the findings of pedagogical research, the competency framework for university teachers and also our reflected experiences in our role as university teachers. |
