| Description | The presentation focused on the topic of the Slavonic Epic at the Moravský Krumlov Castle. The artwork and the town are linked by a common history that dates back to the middle of the last century. After being transported to Prague in 2011, the cycle of twenty canvases by Alfons Mucha will return to Moravian Krumlov Castle in the summer of 2021. At present, it is expected to be a five-year loan. The presentation describes and evaluates the current exhibition from the point of view of museology and discusses further possible directions and possibilities offered by exhibiting the Slavonic Epic in Moravské Krumlov. |
