| Description | The chapter summarizes the largely fragmentary findings and facts that testify to the settlement of the Havlíčkův Brod post-Sazavi region in the 12th century until the founding of the town. This picture is complemented by building monuments, mainly churches with Romanesque elements, and more recently by new dendrochronological data from samples of waterlogged wood found in the floodplains. |
