Description	Sympathetic activity is increased in morning hours due to circadian rhythms. In long QT patients with KCNQ1 gene mutations QT interval is prolonged by adrenergic stimulation. In 5 individuals with KCNQ1 gene mutations a 24-hour Holter ECG recordings were obtained. QT interval variations were analyzed. No proposed morning QT interval value excessive prolongations were found.
