Description	In this contribution are discussed synthetic pathways of 3-amino-1-thioxo-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-1H-isochromen-4-carbonitrile multi-step transformation into isochromeno[3,4-b]pyrrole and thieno[2,3-c]isochinoline systems.
