Description	Aim of the study was to follow the influence of a long-term therapy with paroxetine and mirtazapine on the CYP2D6 activity with a special attention focused on the course of dying away of the enzyme inhibition induced by paroxetine. The found-out changes were correlated with the occurence of the adverse effects of treatment.
