Description	Repeated administration of felbamate (240 mg/kg/day) elicited a significant inhibition of the motor hyperactivity in the rat model of depression (Olfactory Bulbectomy Model), which indicates a potential antidepressant felbamate effects. At the same time, the significantly suppressed leukocyte phagocytosis recorded in bulbectomized rats was disinhibited by felbamate treatment.
