| Description | The article is focused on the work of the Czech basic school head-teachers with a vision. The authors issue from their own, longer-term research of the culture of the Czech school, and pay attention to various aspects of work with a vision. The overall conclusion is that a number of headmasters meaningfully attempts at coping with this fundamental task of school management. |
