Description Objective predictors of happiness have significant but week effects, except for the strong effect of interpersonal belongingness. Subjective factors often have strong efferts, and so happiness is best predicted by understanding personal standards of comparison, meaningfulness of life, personality traits, goals structures, and patterns of self-deception or illusion.
