Description	In this project we compared several Arabidopsis thaliana lines with different levels of endogenous cytokinins by two-dimensional electrophoresis. By following MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry we identified 17 proteins with significant difference in expression between controls and plants with elevated cytokinin content.
