Description	Using occurrences of the Upper Badenian - Sarmatian trachyandesites and other geological - geomorphological data, the authors estimated thickness of denudated surrounding sediments in the area of the Bílé Karpaty unit (the Magura group of the West Carpathian flysh belt)about 1400 m.
