Description In his recent book Petr Kolář tried to define what he called 'linguistic fact'. According to him linguistic facts are necessary for understanding fact-talk (for example consider the difference between A is higer than B, B is smaller than A). Well, I have found many formal mistakes in his defintions. I revisited the very notion of 'lingustic' fact and rename it as 'conceptual fact' because these facts are related with (distinct) conceptual systems (not with language). Then I correctly defined conceptual fact as the empirical property of (Tichý's) cosntructions constructing propositions which are true (in a given possible world and time). Finally I have defined contingent and analytic conceptual fact, showed relevant examples of analysis and the relation of the topic to distinct conceptual systems.
