| Description | In this report we present the results of a study focused on the problem of burn-out syndrome at teachers of elementary and secondary schools. Our aim was to find out how the teachers perceive the burn-out syndrome and what they conceive of this concept. We explored the overall level of their stress and burn-out syndrome proneness, the degree of its impact on particular personality areas and the most important external factors increasing the probability of excessive stress and the risk of burn-out syndrome. |
