Description	Papers concern the setting of the shadow-prices for the costs and benefits of the regional development projects; the analysis is prepared on the output as well on the impact level (long-run effects on the stakeholders). Article focus the items on the regular basis connected with the regional development project, such as increasing of employment, economic growth of the region or increasing of the tax yield.
