By the language confrontation the author has issued from the fact the description of the system of personalia in the grammars is strongly simplified and it creates impression that the structure and function of these units at Czech and Polish are not different. However, the language confrontation has detected a number of significant differences between both languages. In the framework of personalia there were found out deep differences at expressing of interpersonal relations, caused by pragmatically motivated modifications and also modifications of system. Because of a high degree of grammaticalization of system modifications it is possible to assume that there are means of grammatical category of honorificativeness considered. This situation has been indubitably a result of functioning of extra-linguistic factors at creating of model of interpersonal communication in both countries.
