| Description | The paper focuses on the role the lawyers played in the process of forming parliament and politicizing of the society in the Bohemian Lands. The problem has been studied on the basis of analysis of lawyers represented in the supreme bodies of the local provincial goverment in Moravia and their position in political parties, municipal politics and guild life. |
