Description	Primary and secondary prevention of coronary hear disease is part of new European and Czech guidelines to the prevention of cardiovascular disease. These guidelines recommend a new model for total risk estimation based on the SCORE (Systemic Coronary Risk Evaluation) system. All patients with coronary heart disease should have been treated with beta-blocker, aspirin, statin and ACE inhibitor or sartan.
